
Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.47%
Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Industrial Investment, Retail and Transport sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.47% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Retal Urban Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4322), which rose 3.81% or 0.45 points to trade at 12.25 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Cable Company (TADAWUL:2110) added 3.42% or 4.70 points to end at 142.00 and Al Andalus Property Co SJSC (TADAWUL:4320) was up 3.27% or 0.57 points to 17.99 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (TADAWUL:4070), which fell 8.26% or 1.80 points to trade at 20.00 at the close. Alkhaleej Training & Education Co (TADAWUL:4290) declined 7.21% or 1.60 points to end at 20.60 and Alistithmar AREIC Diversified REIT Unit (TADAWUL:4350) was down 6.50% or 0.49 points to 7.05.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 272 to 67 and 10 ended unchanged.
Shares in Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (TADAWUL:4070) fell to 5-year lows; losing 8.26% or 1.80 to 20.00. Shares in Alkhaleej Training & Education Co (TADAWUL:4290) fell to 52-week lows; falling 7.21% or 1.60 to 20.60.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.17% or 0.10 to $58.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.22% or 0.14 to hit $63.20 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 1.25% or 52.80 to trade at $4,269.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.00% to 4.35, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.11% at 99.41.
