
Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.38%
Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Banking, Insurance and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.38% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE), which rose 5.61% or 2,380.00 points to trade at 44,800.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Navitas Petroleum LP Unit (TASE:NVPTp) added 5.04% or 590.00 points to end at 12,300.00 and Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd (TASE:CLIS) was up 3.31% or 670.00 points to 20,890.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT), which fell 4.73% or 1,550.00 points to trade at 31,220.00 at the close. Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM) declined 4.08% or 1,360.00 points to end at 31,940.00 and Nova (TASE:NVMI) was down 3.89% or 3,800.00 points to 93,900.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 239 to 220 and 86 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 2.39% or 1.40 to $59.95 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 2.19% or 1.38 to hit $64.39 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 2.39% or 100.30 to trade at $4,094.20 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.23% to 3.23, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.12% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 99.20.
